Sert çevre koşulları

Kontrol ürünleri zorlu çevresel koşullara maruz kalabilir, böylece proses sırasında üzerlerine su sıçratılabilir, tozlanabilir veya bulundukları yerden ötürü ısınabilir. E5CN, E5CSV, H7CX, H5CX ve K3HB'nin tümünde bir NEMA4X (IP66 eşdeğeri) ön panel bulunmaktadır, bu sayede bu uygulamalar için uygundurlar. Yoğunluğu izleme

İki sıvının akış oranının izlenmesi, birinin değişmesi halinde diğerinin de ürün kalitesini korumaya yardımcı olarak ofset ile değişikliğe uyum sağlayacağı anlamına gelir. Renk değişim ekranı kullanılarak oranın ne zaman değiştiği belirlenebilir ve yerel ya da uzaktan çıktılar vermek üzere ek alarm noktaları ayarlanabilir. Bir PLC sistemine, SCADA'ya veya harici izleme ya da izlenebilirlik gerekiyorsa grafik kaydediciye girdi olarak doğrusal bir çıktı kullanılabilir.

Akış oranını izleme

Tüp içindeki akış oranını ölçmek için boru içinde bir doğrusal çıkış akış sensörü kullanılır; K3HB-X, yerel ekran olarak kullanılır. Bu, sistemdeki potansiyel problemlerin ilk belirtisi olabilir; bir sızıntı, sıvı kaybedildiği için akış oranının artmasına neden olabilir, bir tıkanıklık akış oranının azalmasına neden olabilir.
