DIN 40 050 bölüm 9'a göre IP69K testi ile yüksek basýnç / buhara karþý dayanýklýlýk hedeflenmiþtir.  Sensör, farklý açýlarda 8000-10000 kPa basýnçlý 14-16 l/dk hýz ile 80ºC'lik su püskürtülmesine maruz býrakýlmýþtýr. Sonuçta sensör üzerinde görünüþ ya da fonksiyonellik olarak herhangi bir sorun tespit edilememiþtir.
